This apartment community is extremely well-maintained and welcoming. The property is always clean, the landscaping is beautiful, and the amenities are kept in excellent condition. Management and staff are professional, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with layouts that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. The location is also ideal—close to shopping, dining, and entertainment while still offering a quiet, safe atmosphere. Overall, this is an outstanding place to call home and definitely deserves five stars!

Management does not enforce parking. They allow residents to pass out parking permits to non-residents, allowing them to force residents to park away from their units. Management has no verification process to ensure these vehicles are actually registered to the tenants. Vehicle registrations should be part of this permit registration process. This hole in the process creates the opportunity for “you get a permit, you get a permit, and you get a permit”. Not fair to the real residents because it infringes on their privileges as a resident. This also undermines the integrity of the property management.

Ashlyn was so sweet and walked me through everything when I moved in! Neighborhood is quiet and I have felt comfortable so far. Also very roomy units for the price!❤️☺️

I have been in Fortmill Townhomes for 4 years and I love it so much NOW. Ashlyn has turned that place around and is such a great communicator with the community in things that need to be done. Clear communication always happens with her! I’m so happy to have her as the landlord now and my son and I love coming home to our comfy peaceful townhome!!!
