I just refinanced with Sage Home Loans and had a great experience. I initially reached out to them because they had a great rate and was happy to find they had excellent customer service as well. I was fortunate to connect with Nick T. Nick went over all the costs and timeline for the entire process. At no point did I feel like I was being misled. In fact, Nick told me "you're going be inundated with phone calls so be prepared. If you find a better rate, call me and I will see what I can do, but I would be surprised if someone can match us." He was right. No one came close to the rate Sage quoted AND no one came close to the level of customer service. Within 3 weeks we had everything done and closed. Nick walked me through everything, even though I have done this process many times before.
