The Haven at Cranberry Woods

Kevin and Rick stopped by today to install a ceiling fan and touch up some paint, and as always, they were great. They’re quick, friendly, and make everything super easy. Every time they’ve helped me out, the work’s been solid. Really appreciate having them here at The Haven.

I’ve had a really great experience with Avery from the leasing office! From the very beginning, he has been incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. When he showed me the apartment, he wasn’t pushy at all and gave me the space to walk through and take everything in, which I really appreciated but also was able to provide useful information about the building when I asked. That made the whole process feel comfortable instead of stressful. Since moving in, he’s continued to be just as helpful and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. It honestly makes such a difference to have someone in the leasing office who is approachable. We have lived here for nearly 3 years, and love it. Our neighbors are friendly and congenial. The office and management team, including Franzella, Bobby, and Avery are so welcoming and professional. The maintenance team, including Jeff, Rick, and Kevin are incredibly knowledgeable in understanding and addressing issues quickly and correctly. And George is always there to be sure that each move in experience includes freshly painted interiors. Rick and Mazza were fantastic! I had an issue with my sink, and they came over in a very timely manner. They went above and beyond to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, and they were both extremely nice and friendly. Great service and really appreciated their help!

I can confidently say that I was extremely pleased with the application process. It was streamlined and efficient. Avery was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. The staff at the office are very nice and I look forward to living here!
