I highly recommend Sean Saunders to represent you as the buyer’s agent. Sean was my agent when I was looking for my primary residence. He was extremely patient and responsive with my 24/7 demands / questions. We looked at 3 different properties in a span of 7 months and he was extremely resourceful. Another perk with Sean is that Sean knew and had great relations with all of the seller’s agents that we encountered which goes to show he is also very well respected amongst his peers. If you want someone that is on your side and represents your best interests, then look no further. He’s thorough and hard working. Definitely I would hire and work with Sean again in the future should I have any selling or buying needs. A+

Can’t rate this agent (Dustin Hook) and agency (Chris Murphy) low enough. Working with this agent is an absolute nightmare from Day 2 on. Friendly and charismatic until agreement is signed and then 180. This agent is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They consistently failed to show up for appointments on time or at all and often ignored calls, texts and email requests for information for days. Showed up late to all three of our open houses. Had stand in for one session, this particular agent received real estate license earlier the week of showing and is in our home showing it prospective buyers, imagine that - with no heads up or advance notice that this is happening to us. My wife and I worked with Anthony Leone to buy our new home and sell our existing home. It was far from easy finding a home that fit our needs but Anthony tirelessly showed us home after home until we found the right one. Anthony was always available for a call, text or email and that was key in not missing important deadlines. We thought we were in for a tough sale of our existing home. Anthony listed it on Monday, scheduled a viewing for Tuesday afternoon and had an offer above list by Thursday night. I highly recommend Anthony for any of your real estate needs.

We were really not happy with Anthony Leone’s work and have decided to go to a better office. He wouldn’t call me until I had to explicitly tell him that I wanted a phone call; he would only text me. Some texts are fine, but picking up the phone and calling is needed. I also drove all the way out to a house expecting to see it and getting ready to make an offer... but he wasn’t clear that it was off the market. Once again, because he never called me! Multiple offers to me does not mean off the market. It means get serious and make a competitive offer. Not professional enough. Treat me like a client and help me through the process. If you like only communicating by text then you’ll be happy with this realtor.
