If I could give Kristin Hanks and her team 0 stars I would. Do NOT give this woman a penny! She’s rude, harasses you, and has 0 personality. She acted like she was doing me a favor being my realtor, eventually I had her step away because she could not do her job! I was stuck contractually to have her be my buyers agent after I repeatedly told her I was not interested in her being my agent. I was simply looking not needing to purchase a home. I could go on but the bottom line is do not get involved with Kristin Hanks she will not represent you or your needs! There are many good agents out there she is not one of them.

Sick and wildly unprofessional employees. Tom needs to get them under control before they ruin his business.

Cindy Milcic at Berkhire Hathaway was great. She always had my back and made positive contributions Throughout the sales process. She always responded immediately, no matter what time of day. Her energetic and positive attitude was extremely valuable in at process that can test mental strength. I would look for her first in a real estate transaction and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about selling their house.

Gail and Steve are incredible realtors. We've used them twice with our buying AND selling process. Completely on the ball and they we're available 24/7. We were selling a home that was on the small side with a steep driveway - not the most flattering home features! Gail made a point to be honest with the buyers about our "drawbacks" and accentuated the many positives of our charming home. Buyers really appreciated that and did not waste anyone's time. They truly care about the buyer and seller and they do an honest and superb job! Highly recommend!
