This office has the best trained Realtors in the area. a great Manager who is an Associate Broker and has been with Coldwell Banker for 18 years. The Office is staffed with 2 office administrator 7 days a week. If you want the Best Real Estate services this off e should be your first choice.

My family and I rented a massive house off of Ehrman Road. From the get go, the Coldwell Banker broker, Lisa wasn't responsive to our needs. The garage in the rental was filthy when we moved in and yet Coldwell Banker took a percentage off of the deal. *The kicker (and why I am posting this), I ended up suing the landlord for how his piss poor 3rd party property management group (Property Frameworks) handles the property. Lo and behold, the landlord brought Lisa to the Magistrate hearing. I suppose in order to get her to attest to how my many warranted complaints were being perceived as angry complaints. The agents are really nice, DO Not get a loan through them. They will sell your loan. Mine, was sold to a Loan Shark (PHH Mortgage). I have documentation to cancel PMI and when I met that they said the policy changed. A COV for $150 was performed and they did comparisons with houses with less bedrooms and bathrooms than mine. The COV came back that my house lost 40k of value in 5 years based on the comparison houses. I can pay $400 dollars to have a REAL appraisal done by somebody they choose. Yea, no thanks. It's no wonder this company has a 1 star Google review.

I applied for one of Imran Paniwala's rental listing on 9/12 and my card was charged for the app fee. On 9/15 Imran acknowledged through email that he had received my app. On 9/17 Imran texted me to ask if I wanted to tour the house. I told him I had already toured and asked about the status of my application. He replied, " I did not receive any application from you. Also at this point we just had someone else also apply and the landlord might be going with them. " When I showed him the email from 9/15 Imran became enraged, and proceeded to call me and yell and swear at me. Imran Paniwala is unorganized, unprofessional, and rude.
