We’re excited about moving into our new home at Brookevue by Charter. Robbie and the Charter team have been great to work with, guiding us through all the steps along the way. The contractors are knowledgeable and very responsive to questions . The construction is going fast , holding to then time line quoted. The neighborhood will be great. Looking forward to meeting the neighbors and making new friends . If you’re looking for a new neighborhood in Cranberry that has easy access to major highways and conveniently located to everything, I’d recommend Brookevue by Charter.

Brookvue offers an ideal location in Cranberry Township, close to everyday conveniences and surrounded by beautiful green spaces. I really like the variety of home and lifestyle options they offer, along with walking trails and community areas designed for families. It feels like a well-planned neighborhood where it will be easy to create lasting memories.

We have been considering many home options. After having lived in Hastings (by Charter), we decided to consider Brookvue. Brookvue has come out on top. The sales team is welcoming and top-notch with communication and availability. The neighborhood is the size and feel we like, and the home options fit our life.
