The Harrison Apartment Homes

Lived here for a year before we moved into our current home, Tracy has always been so kind and passionate about her job there and working with her was a pleasure. The apartment we had was clean and warm and anytime we had an issue maintenance was very quick to take care of our concerns. I highly recommend checking this place out yourself to form your own opinions because we had a wonderful experience here. Love the Harrison! Would move back if something went wrong with our house in a heartbeat.

I lived at the Harrison for 2 years. I had a very good experience. The apartments are nice and it’s a pretty quiet complex. This area of Lakewood is nice, walking distance to food/bar and to Ft. Stelicoom park. Overall I would give living here a 4/5. The staff are very nice and respond to any issues quickly. Only cons are limited parking and the garbage. Since there is space for only 1 garbage/recycling for the whole complex it gets full very fast. By the weekend the garbage is over flowing. Both issues really can’t be fixed due to the size of the complex. I would recommend to live here

Dirty moldy carpet, mold in the kitchen, dog feces everywhere, and the way they clean is by blowing all that poop and urine dust into peoples homes.

I would say that the apts in Harrison is very nice, the master bedroom is nice and I liked the closet in the bathroom. The employee Tracy is so nice and friendly she do everything to make the tenants feel comfortable. The things that I didn't like in Harrison was the parking lot, it doesn't have space enough for 2 cars. One under a carport and trying to find another spot. I am handicap and some people didn't respect the handicap parking so getting a second spot should have not been a problem. But I particularly recommend The Harrison apts.

Military Personnel BEWARE!!! The positive reviews are false. These apartments are literally horrendous. The office staff is dismissive, condescending, & lack common decency. I’ve literally had arguments with Tracy & Tiffany on numerous occasions. These arguments were because they had our vehicle towed (we out of of town for my father-in laws funeral & directly after my husband was deployed). I was told by Tracy that I should have communicated with the office & let them know we were leaving town - she never answers the phone if Tiffany isn’t in the office. Considering we payed monthly for parking and I’m a grown adult, I never thought that would be an issue. We went months without a properly working refrigerator, had to argue with Tiffany in order to get a new one. They would do mold check
