The Hamptons

I live in the Hamptons 10 consecutive years. They always do their best to maintain the apartment and the surrounding clean and beautiful. I am very thankful to all the staff for the great work and dedication to maintain the complex neatly.

TINA, the resident relations coordinator is doing a fantastic job. Happy to know that as a resident I can come to her with my concerns. She was absolutely fantastic with addressing my Questions today.

This is a horrible place to live at absolutely horrible. I’ve had mold, growing in my apartment. It grew everywhere in every room. It’s in my dressers. It’s in my couch. It was all over my clothes my sneakers. I have reached out to upper management to the corporate office and I have heard nothing I’ve lost everything. I paid $3000 a month to stay in this dump, they show no concern about your personal property but let you be late with rent one day and you have a three day notice on your door. I would not recommend anyone to spend this kind of money to have somebody not respond to your emails. Oh, and get this they told me just to wipe the mold off of my sneakers and wash my clothes and wipe my couch down and it should be fine. Shown very nice apartment. Very bright and airy. I was very impressed with the space. The management team were very courteous and very professional. I will be back to look at a three bedroom.

The worst place to live... maintenance is TERRIBLE . I please service order to correct or fixed a hazardous stove that constantly catching on fire and I was told they would be in the unit the next day. this is day # 8 no one call or show up I called today 12/6/18 told again they will talk to maintenance supervisor for them to go to the unit someone is always at my home no excuse for them not going to fix or replace the fire hazard stove in the unit. I wish I could break the lease without losing any money I'm not used to this kind of living.
