Management is completely careless, and it feels like a rotating door for tenants because nobody can stand to stay here. * Hazardous Hallways: You literally need a mask just to walk through the common areas. * Filth Everywhere: The hallways are disgusting, covered in duck droppings, urine, and ripped garbage bags that sit for days. * Health Hazards for Children: I have been living here for seven months with minor child

Legacy Lakeview Apartments has been a great place to live. The leasing office team, especially Annie, is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and the work is always completed on time. Overall, the staff is responsive, and everything runs smoothly, making this a comfortable and pleasant community to stay in.

I recently moved to Legacy Lakeview. The apartment was fairly cleaned and nice. Annie is welcoming and her guidance was definitely helpful in the process of moving in. She always follow-up to ensure my living conditions are satisfactory.

I enjoy living in this property! I have been here for 16 year's and I would recommend moving in. The maintenance and office assistance are always on board and kind when an issue is presented. I would look forward to renew another year.
