The unit was filthy when we initially moved in; black mold underneath the toilets, roaches in the dishwasher & unknown substances in the drain. I had to pay $180 to have the apartment deep cleaned. We didn’t have hot water for the first three days. In 9 months, we submitted 16 maintenance requests. The office was incredibly unresponsive. The ceiling leaked in the bathroom four times. A noxious odor filled the apartment often. It’s oddly sweet & unnerving. During our time there, a mold remediation was requested, but never completed. We had allergic reactions to the environment. At one point, the entire door knob fell off. Pictures are attached. The complex charges $40 a month for valet trash. However, the garbage is rarely retrieved. The dumpsters are often overloaded, and the hallways
