One Park Plaza Apartments

I want to say a big thank you to Tracy! She was really helpful throughout the entire process from the tour till move in and even beyond then. Any and every questions were answered and my roommate and I are excited about our future here!

I had a good experience touring an apartment at Park Plaza. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. She really knows her stuff. She answered all my questions and made the visit memorable. The complex is well-maintained and absolutely not ghetto. Outdoor could be painted again but the area is excellent and also very quiet.

I truly dont understand how anyone could live in this dump. Save yourself your peace and sanity. Rented for a year and found every opportunity to not be home, to say i “hated” it here is an understatement. I could not wait until my lease was up it was the worst living experience i have ever encountered. Worse than the project ghetto. Moved out 12/31 & didn't receive my deposit until 2/13 they are literally so incompetent. I had to call 5 times and show up twice before i was able to have my money processed. ROACH INFESTATION . You will open your drawer roach. Open the bathroom door roach. Open a cabinet roach. You will always be greeted by an insect. i sent this photo of a roach crawling on my bed to management and up until the point of move out noone has addressed it im still traumatized
