The Groves

The Groves has felt like a home instead of an apartment the year I have been here so far. As a senior citizen, I feel safe and my apartment size has accommodated my furnishing. It has one of the best floorplans. The office staff is very personable and professional. The leasing agents Christie and Shar makes sure even after moving in a year ago, everything I need is being addressed. I have come to know the maintenance staff supervisor Jim, along with Mike and Tom because of their fast responses to any request. They always take time to speak when out and about on the property, which is how I got to know them. The property is maintained inside and out. Great property….. I’ve lived here for many years. Happy to call it home. Well kept and beautiful. Staff responds to requests promptly and their communications are always courteous. There have been very few things that I’ve needed help with and have never had an issue where I’ve had to follow up on the call or request. Very pleased. The staff on the property have been easy to communicate with and are very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Hi, I have lived here 2 years just about. I love my neighbors a lot. They are really cool. I love the staff in the front office too, shout out to Char, Christie, and Stephanie!!!!! They are always so friendly when I come into the office. That is very important to me to be treated kindly by the office and they do a great job!

The worst complex I’ve ever lived in. The rent does not reflect these moldy, thin walled apartments. Multiple neighbors have complained about the mold and water damage from poorly built piping and air flow. Nothing has been fixed, just painted over. The neighbors are horrible and take no accountability for their children destroying the complex. The kids around here are unsupervised and destroy property including cars, lights, poles, gym equipment etc. The walls are so thin I can hear everything my neighbors do, including coughing or sneezing. The lease states that marijuana is prohibited yet they take no action against those who smoke. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to rent an apartment in Arizona. The apartments are income based but you’d have no idea they were from the leasing staff, they never mentioned that and also clearly didn’t check my income themselves or didn’t know how to correctly. I spent over a week trying to get approved, sent all the required documents (paystubs, ID’s, income verification) immediately when I applied and was told over and over again that everything looked good for my move in date. Leasing agent told me the day before I was supposed to move in that my income was good and they just needed to submit everything to compliance. The morning I was supposed to move in the leasing agent called me and said I made $10k more than what was allowed and I was denied. After a week of ba
