The Grove on Southlake

It’s almost unbearable living under these conditions at this point. These hallways need some extreme power washing and there’s no reason that tenants should be leaving their trash and property from their house in the hallway for days and using their front door as a hangout spot to sit on the steps or sit on a lawn chair as if they are at a cookout while smoking cigarettes. This will make you feel like your living in the hood. Completely unacceptable!

I visited this property to inquire about an apartment and the rates. I spoke with Maya and she went above and beyond to give me all the information that I needed. She made me feel very welcomed and answered all the questions I had with grace. I am still looking and weighing my options, but I had to review the staff (in particular, Maya) for how amazingly well I was treated. Thanks Maya!
