I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here! The apartment is clean, large, and well-maintained. I had some issues with the flooring, I called the office staff and maintenance came within the week and made all necessary repairs. Natalie in the office is always professional and friendly. The neighbors are respectful, and the community feels safe. The location is convenient with plenty of nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, a great place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!

Came in and toured with Natalie, very friendly and professional, very honest and gave us the pros and cons of living at The Garratt, which a lot of the places we toured said they had no issues. We really liked it and are looking to move in spring when we sell our house. They are in our top 3- the South Carolina floor plan is as big as a house! We are hopeful they have one in May for us. Her customer service was like she knew us when we walked in. We really appreciated that!

Natalie was absolutely amazing to work with! She made everything so easy and understandable. The whole process went very smoothly and the apartment itself is perfect. I 100% recommend moving to The Garrett :)

Do not live here – it is a scam. Our experience at The Garratt has been a nightmare from the start. The apartment is unsafe, unsanitary, and management is completely neglectful. Despite repeated complaints, nothing has been fixed for months. • Health & Safety Neglect: We developed medical issues after moving in, documented by our doctor and sent to management. Still, they ignored our health concerns developed from unsanitary house condition and moldy smell and kept demanding unnecessary extra paperwork instead of taking action. • Severe Pest Infestation: 2 mice pictures attached, pests, and multiple openings around the unit have made this apartment unlivable.
