Great work and very friendly! (yet sometimes I need a phone call vs an email for communication to be timely).
First American Title was the title company for my most difficult transaction to close (due to the lender, not the title company). Not only were they quick to reply and held strong to the finish but they went above and beyond to get the deal closed. Great job Kathy! I was very pleased with the attorney on staff who approved and pushed some time sensitive topics before closing! Thanks!!!!
First American TItle did a great job and the Notary that handled the closing was fantastic, we were having some technical issues and the Notary knew her stuff and helped us thru the issues and then the closing went smooth as silk. 5 star for sure

Home equity line was suppose to be paid on home, the bank didn't receive the payoff title company didn't follow up, I made them aware of it, they didn't get the correct payoff with penalties and it still owed and we closed on Sept 15, 2023 and they don’t want us to bother them because the girl is sick, unbelievable. Go somewhere else they don’t have a clue
