The Residences at Phillips Farm Apartment Homes

I’ve been living in my new apartment for just over a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The place is comfortable, well-maintained, and truly feels like home already. Everything from the layout to the community atmosphere. A special shoutout to the manager, Beth, who has been absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made the move-in process smooth and continues to be a big reason why living here has been such a great experience. I’m really glad I chose this apartment after selling our home.

I am a current and fairly new resident at Phillips Farm and would like to say how happy I am to live in an amazing community. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting everyone but my experiences with the Property Management staff, Maintenance team and my surrounding neighbors has been top notch. I’m happy to have crossed paths with Phillips Farm.

We are very happy with Beth (manager), Randy (maintenance), and Zack (maintenance) at The Residences! They are delightful, knowledgable and super responsive all the time.

Good people and great maintence. I've lived a lot of places and Phillip's Farm stands out as having consistent maintence and both when things need to be fixed and staying on top of general maintence to keep everything running well. Beth and the team does a great job coordinating everything.

Went on a tour here on August 1st with Beth. As soon as I got out of my car it felt so relaxing and like home. I almost don’t want to brag because I want a spot in January, but it is a very amazing and peaceful location. Beth was very personable and knew how to show us a home. Evan and I will definitely be singing a lease in January, and very excited for the environment and opportunity it will bring!
