Albany Corners

I knew when I walked into the rental center that I was in the right place. This was it - home. My agent, Hannah, is sweet, honest, interesting, and makes things better. They gave me a special for moving in by a specific day (20th) and showed me that they had set up a slider on the website to give you the quote for each lease option. So easy, so good for your money. Albany corners has a pretty pool, a clubhouse with fitness center and a pool table (love it). Best of it all- the apartment is gorgeous. Nice updates in the kitchen, puffy carpet, I love the balcony. I can really chill out there. Also, there's a big bathroom and walk in closet. I need this. The laundry room is perfect. I am going to be happy going home every day. I have lived here for 6 years and the last few years since they opened the Fenimore across the street, it’s gone way downhill. You have to go across the street to even get to management as no one is on site anymore. I’ve been dealing with an issue with my washer for years and I’ve written an email to management probably 3 times over the last few months and have received no response. When I try to go talk to office staff I get told I need to talk to management. I was also promised in person by the office that I would have my carpets cleaned with my last lease renewal, that was 5 months ago now and they’ve yet to do anything about it. And again I’ve emailed them about this multiple times over the last few months and have received no response. The other tenants that have moved in around me

Renewed again as the 1 bedroom apartment is spacious, comfortable, and stocked with reliable household utilities. Maintenance assists quickly if any issues. Complexes’ staff and management company are professional and understanding when it comes to resolving any issues with lease documentation/information.

I lived at Albany Corners for 7 years and would still be there if my work situation hadn't changed. I loved the apartment layout (huge kitchen and bathroom for a 1 bedroom!) and the location. The apartment staff were always great and I never had any issues with getting maintenance done quickly.

Everything and everyone was so welcoming!! Michelle in the office was so helpful with everything and went out of her way to make sure our leases was correct. She also worked with us when it came to moving day because we originally had one day scheduled and then had to move it to another day and she was super accommodating. We have loved everything about this community so far.
