I highly recommend David for selling and purchasing a home. He is attentive and sincere. David did a great job helping us sell our home. He did a fantastic job with the listing for our home. We got a full price offer the 1st day it was on the market and I think that is due to his very professional pictures, video walkthrough, aerial photos, and top notch listing pamphlet. At the same time David also did a great job of helping us navigate the purchase of an old house that needed work to pass inspection. The seller and selling realtor in the situation were not easy to work with but David got us to the closing table under the asking price.
