Called to find out why an application and fee must be submitted to be placed on a waitlist just to look at the apartments. The lady on the phone, who I am assuming to be LaQuinta Shy (property manager) was rude, had so much attitude when asking such a simple question, accused me of being misinformed, and stated "We don't charge people to look at the apartments, we don't have model apartments". Model apartments wasn't even part of the question, should not be listed if there isn't anything available to view, never have I heard of submitting an application and paying the fee just to be placed on a waitlist to view an apartment. Run, it's a scam! Why apply and pay a fee for something you haven't even seen? They just wanna collect the most money from people while finding the next sorry sucker.

Called to find out if they work with realtors since I have a client that’s currently looking and was interested in this place. Let’s just say I was not greeted very nicely. The lady that answered the phone, Sharon hung up on me after simply asking if they work with realtors. I wasn’t done asking questions, very rude and disappointing. A simple “unfortunately we do not work with realtors but if your client would like to see one of the units, they’re more than welcome to contact us” would’ve been better. Work on your customer service please.

Very clean and well kept property. Maintenance guy Mike is very polite and professional.

Lovely units. For the price and area should have more amenities.

My daughter has lived here for 5 years and she loves it!
