River Links at Ewing

Been here over 4 years and happy in my home. Maintenance excellent. Right now I’m paying more monthly rent than the new renters; not fair as far as I’m concerned. Also too many dead trees & scrubs. That said I will continue to stay.

After living here for over 3 years here are the pros and cons of life at Riverlinks! Pros: -Super friendly maintenance staff -These units are truly large, and the attached garage truly is a bonus. -Always felt super safe Cons: -Absolutely DO NOT pick a unit that is above the garages, you want your unit to face the back side always …. Why you might ask …well most people who live here seem to use their garages for coming and going not their main front door which is totally fine, BUT if your unit is above the garages, literally all day and night your whole house is going to shake, does not matter if you are on the very top floor of your unit or the lowest, it’s all going to shake! Truly was so hard getting a good nights rest here. -Don’t pay a pet fee, literally no one’s checking on you. Ho

Emmanuel and the maintenance staff are amazing at River Links. They are timely, friendly, and motivated to get to requests. Its rare to have such responsive maintenance staff but we have been very impressed with our experience at River Links!

I submitted my maintenance request, and less than 24hrs Emmanuel contacted me to schedule a visit. He did an amazing job, he was timely and addressed all of my maintenance items. He even went out of his way and dismantled my dryer in order to remove build up lint in the dyer’s housing.

The Ewing Maintenance team at River Links, Emmanuel and Louis, have been nothing but the best when it comes to all manner of apartment questions. From small requests of paint to large requests of plastering walls. The team is so quick and professional and even assisted me with moving large furniture pieces that I couldn’t move alone. And all of this with a courteous attitude and smile. I love seeing these guys around the development, they make me feel safe and with a quick wave or nod, you quickly become a part of the community.
