This was my husband and I's first time purchasing a home. We've been renters our whole adult life and had absolutely no idea what we were doing. We came to our mortgage guy, Will Manly, through a referral. And when they say effortless mortgage they mean it. I stressed out because I had nothing to stress about. Will handled it all. And he handled the situation with professionalism and patience. Every time I had a question (and I had A LOT of questions) he answered them. He always made time to give me a call if it was something that required a call or he would email me. But he never ever ignored me and he never treated me like a burden. I am so relieved that we used them because it really was such an easier time than we were expecting.
