Parkside Court Apartments

Neighbor backed up toilet upstairs causing massive leak through the wall and ceiling. Maintenance came and popped the bulged water soaked ballon on the wall. Left the stained walls and ceiling as is. Took pictures of proof so the management doesn’t take this out of my deposit. I sure as heck will not be patching or planting this mess. 1474 apt 9. Maint was prompt but I could have done what they did. Unfinished effort

Moved here a few months ago from another complex in the area and Parkside Court is far better in terms of staff, rent price, and unit size and quality. The Property Manager, Donna, has been amazing and helpful from day one. The maintenance staff is friendly and attentive, and the complex is well taken care of. The units themselves are spacious. The one I rent has a large, finished basement and plenty of storage. It's also well-lit at night, which is appreciated from a safety perspective.

Donna is the nicest property manager ever! She is personable, polite and professional. The apartment itself is beautiful and newly renovated.

I absolutely love living here! The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern appliances, the amenities is good as well. I felt right at home from the moment I moved in. The complex is situated in quiet and safe neighborhood. The location is perfect can walk to grab groceries, explore all the local restaurants and shops. The apartment is also conveniently located near public transportation. The management team is always available to answer any questions, concerns and the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Great sense of community, event and activities organized regularly. A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. I truly recommend Parkside Court Apartments.

My family and I have lived here for 14 years. We started out in a one bedroom and as our family grew we moved into a two bedroom. The complex feels like a community. Crime hasn't been a worry since we have lived here. All maintenance needs are prompt and resolved quickly. The longest I have ever had to wait was 2 days because we needed our stove replaced. We have had multiple air conditioners replaced on the spot. As stated we have lived here a long time and eventually they give up the ghost. Recently there was a leak and maintenance replaced the entire sink the same day on the weekend. There is always parking. We have pets and we are given ample notice to find them somewhere to stay in case maintenance or an inspection needs to occur when we're not home. During the holidays there are priz
