Great community with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. The property is well maintained, maintenance is prompt, and it truly feels like home! Highly recommended.

If you like constant management changes, constant attitudes from management, constant threats through email (about things that THEY have control of but won't fix, only excuses, i.e the trash compactor that has been broken for the last 2 years while trash piles up in the parking lot, or dog poop everywhere but there are limited trash stations now since they removed 2, and more), constant money grabs (in regards to various things, even things that they REQUIRE you to pay for in your lease), you pay for pest control monthly but nobody comes to spray even outside of the apartments, so you purchase your own since its INFESTED, the gate constantly being broken and left open for weeks resulting in cars being left on bricks, cars being towed at YOUR expense for registration STICKERS and not the ac

I’ve only been living here since the end of June, and within a few short months, I’ve experienced constant disrespect, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from management particularly from Sandra, the office manager, and Pamala Maradiaga. Recently, the complex switched to a new payment system called WIPS, which only allows full rent payments at specific stores. Before that, I paid rent online using my Capital One card, but the portal suddenly stopped accepting those payments a system issue management confirmed. Because of recent job cutbacks and reduced hours, I didn’t have my full check, but I called to explain that I could pay most of my rent right away. I spoke with Pamala, who was completely dismissive. I even offered to pay a portion with a money order, but she refused,

There’s poop everywhere in these apartments and residents refuse to pick up their dog Shyet. At least i hope it’s dog excrement. Theres no doggie bags at the posts and there should be more around the property. Quality of residents has gone down in the past months, maybe it’s the new owning company.
