The Fenimore

After touring so many apartments and not having great experiences, it was so refreshing to have a very positive experience at the Fenimore. Aidan was so helpful answering all of our questions and helping us find the right floor plan for us. He was very welcoming and friendly!

I am a current tenant, and unfortunately my experience at this apartment complex has been disappointing. I moved into the brand-new “Phase 2” building and immediately noticed several issues that should not exist in a new unit: • Scratches throughout the hardwood flooring upon move-in. I notified the office via email before placing any furniture and did not receive a response. • Hall bathroom sink has plastic embedded in the drain that cannot be removed, making it unusable. • Refrigerator and freezer leak internally. A maintenance request was submitted, but the issue has not been resolved. • Cracks have formed in the corners of both bathrooms above the shower walls. In addition, we never received key fobs to access amenities such as the pool or fitness room, despite these amenities being

I always enjoy visiting this community in Columbus. The area is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The neighbors are friendly, and the surroundings are clean with nice landscaping and plenty of parking. It’s conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the city while still having a quiet place to come back to. A great place to live or stay!

I saw the apartments online and was genuinely so excited to come in person to tour the place. My first interaction was with LeAnne and it was not the best. She was very unwelcoming and seemed like she did not want me there. She also said if I wanted to apply to live there, I have to fall into a certain income bracket, which might be true but she did not explain to me the full extent. Even when we toured the unit, she opened the door and stood there and I took it upon myself to walk around. She said 0 words to me as I toured the place myself without instructions. My fiancée and I came in today around 4 PM for a tour. We had toured a few months back with Ashley, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative, she made a wonderful impression on us. However, during our visit today, we interacted with Leanne, and unfortunately, the experience was quite different. She was unwelcoming and cold, which made us uncomfortable and ultimately turned us away from wanting to apply. We had genuinely planned to tour again and submit our application today, but the interaction left us feeling discouraged.
