What a wonderful experience - Our team visited the property today and spoke with Marquisa in the office. She was such a wonderful and attentive person during our visit. 5-Stars all the around for this group of amazing people and community!!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Marquisa and Antonia, they’ve been absolutely amazing throughout the whole leasing process! From the start, they were so kind, patient, and I had some issues with my application, but they have been really understanding and flexible with me. They really took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions (no matter how many I had!). You can tell they genuinely care and want to help people find the right place, and the property itself is super clean and well-maintained, and the prices are really reasonable for what you get. I’m so grateful for all their help. They made what can be a really stressful process feel smooth and easy. Thank you both so much!

Looking for a new 2bed 2 bath apartment. Came here for a tour - bad experience… thought it was a bit odd for the lady to just hand us the keys to walk the unit alone, but whatever, no problem. The outside is beautiful! However, when walking the AVAILABLE NOW apartment we noticed the cabinets were rotting on the inside. The bathroom cabinets were gross. There was hair and other small pieces of junk in the cabinet drawers. The laundry room was flooding, as there was an active leak. Which I get things happen but she clearly lied to us when we brought it up, by saying they knew about it and was working on it. You’d think they would put a bucket down or wet floor sign if they were “working on it” none the less we will not be calling this place our home. Don’t waste your time.

I have lived here for around 4 years and the maintenance team is amazing!! Especially David, always respectful of my home and get things done quick!!

Since the office staff refuse to address this issue… I’ll just mention again for the second time in less than a year that this place is infested with spiders. You can’t walk out the door with out seeing a wall full or walk down the stairs without walking through the webs. I’ve currently been looking at other priorities because I clearly won’t be staying here and have been told by multiple properties they get the breezeways and stairwells cleaned to avoid this issue. Hopefully neither my dogs nor I get bit before we get the chance to leave.
