The Enclave at Bear Creek

Love the place for the price! My interaction with the Maintenance team has been positive so far! Additionally the office team is going above and beyond for me when they realistically could have told me no and I'd have had no recourse. Having lived elsewhere where receiving support is difficult I'm already super happy to have moved here from my old place.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Enclave. Every time I’ve needed something, their team has taken care of it quickly and professionally. Their consistency, attention to detail, and genuine care for their residents truly stand out. I’m very happy with the way they handle every situation, and their professionalism shows in every interaction. They also have one of the best employees I’ve ever worked with—someone who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. I’m grateful for their service and highly recommend Enclave to anyone looking for a place that truly values its residents.

If I had not decided to rent closer to work, I absolutely would have signed the lease. The property has nice grounds with trees and walking paths, it is right next to a beautiful park, central to everything, and a great price. Kaitlyn was wonderful to work with, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Short Version (Update July 2022) This management is the most unprofessional, irresponsible, and misleading team I have ever dealt with. The leasing office staff will smile and speak in the sweetest voice when you inquire about the property. However, once you move in and face problems, they use the same sweet voice to tell you that you are not a priority and your concerns are irrelevant. Requests for help are either dismissed or ignored entirely. ⸻ Detailed Version (Update July 2022) A month before moving out, I discovered a leak from the ceiling in my kitchen on a Friday night. I immediately notified the office the next morning, explaining it was an emergency maintenance issue under Texas law.
