The Edition

2026 UPDATE: I moved here in 2023 and just recently renewed my lease. I've enjoyed living here over the years. I haven't had a lot of issues with my unit, I don't ever hear my neighbors (unless they're passing the hall), and maintenance is consistently timely and friendly. The community areas have needed updating though. In the past, billiard sticks were broken, the hallway carpet was noticeably worn-down, and the walls didn't always look well-kept. This to me was never really extreme, but it did give the impression that the previous team didn't have capacity to address some of these minor issues. I locked myself out of my apartment and Mr. Keyner Sagastume from the maintenance team was very responsive and assisted me in getting back into my apartment. I really appreciated it, because I know it was kinda late in the night. If you guys need anything within the maintenance rim... He's definitely the one to contact!💪🏾

I have lived at the edition for 6 months now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. There is no false advertising here everything is honestly amazing. The office staff are kind and easy to work with. Felicia in particular is amazing. The maintenance team, specifically Terance, is quick, efficient and always kind. Erika, the woman who runs the front desk during the week, is always on top of her game. She makes sure you get your packages easily, has parking passing always ready to go and is well equipped to answer the many questions I have had since moving in. On top of all of that, the location is amazing. As someone who has previously lived in very bad apartments with terrible management, this building is a breath of fresh air.

Follow up text from touring the property - January 3, 2026: After touring this property this past weekend, I was highly interested in securing an apartment with this property. But this morning, as I headed to work, I received a follow-up text asking if I was still interested in an apartment. The message contained no salutation, no introduction, and no signature, which immediately came across as unprofessional and raised concerns about whether it was even legitimate. The tone of the text was abrupt and rude. Because of this, I asked to be connected with the property manager to confirm whether this level of communication was standard for their leasing office. The response I received was simply that I needed to call the front office—no clarification, no professionalism, and no accountabilit

Terence is the BEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any time something needs to be fixed, he’s quick to respond, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. He explains what he’s working on, makes sure everything is fully taken care of before he leaves, and is always friendly and respectful in our home. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the building. The Edition is lucky to have him on the maintenance team!
