The District at Fiesta Park Apartments

I’ve never seen someone act so elite while managing such a low-quality property. The manager is rude, unfriendly, condescending, and carries herself like she’s running a luxury high-rise when in reality this place is closer to a junkyard with rent prices. The attitude does not match the conditions AT ALL. Any time you need help, you’re met with fake smiles, passive-aggressive tone, or straight-up dismissal. God forbid you ask a question; you’ll feel like you’re bothering royalty. It’s wild how much energy goes into being bougie instead of actually fixing problems. Maintenance is slow, communication is nonexistent, and management talks to residents like they should be grateful for bare minimum service. The irony is crazy. The staff has been nothing but amazing since day 1! Any issue or concerns that I have made them aware about they’ve handled with care and within a timely fashion. They are also very kind to the children as well providing them with snacks and beverages. I’m truly happy being able to call this place home!! Ashley, Jen, and the rest of the amazing staff thank you for all that you do!

Lived here 2 years and love it. Apartments aren’t new, but up to date. Management is amazing and I never thought ide say that. Most places don’t care about the residents , but Chyenne, Big Ray , and the maintenance team are always helpful. No bugs or any issues they won’t help with . 10/10 just a good place to rent.

I toured the apartment community today with Savanna, and she was extremely professional and welcoming throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain all the amenities, floor plan options, and pricing in detail, and made the whole experience very easy and informative. The apartments themselves were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern finishes and a comfortable layout. Overall, I was impressed with both the property and the level of service. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other communities in the area, making it a great option to consider. Thank you Savanna!!

The whole team in the office is very welcoming. I came in today and Savannah showed me around the property. She was very knowledgeable on the availability, and pricing. She found the most perfect apartment for me and my boyfriend. We ended up applying same day and got approved within minutes. I can’t wait to move in this month!
