The Dynamic Funding Tour was an amazing experience! Whether you attend events often or this is your first time, you can always expect to leave the room with a gem — a contractor, lender, inspector, or valuable connection. As an active member and investor, I’ve learned or heard much of the information shared before, but I continue to attend because there is always a nugget, a deeper understanding, or a fresh perspective on a topic. Good Evening Mr Antonio and Ms Ashley, The recent AI workshop/summit you hosted was great. I thought it was good that you stressed that you still need to know the fundamentals and you went over them and then shared how to use the tools you built to enhance the fundamentals. It was interesting to see areas where AI can help you save time so you can focus on being an investor instead of admin work and plugging formulas. For the time we had you provided a lot of information but you kept us engaged. So I advise anyone who is considering attending the Summit, go ahead and get the VIP upfront. It is worth it. I recently attended the AI training with The Denmarks, and it was an amazing experience. I learned how to be more efficient with calculating deals, and they broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. They even provided live, hands-on training using a property I was actually interested in, which made the learning immediately applicable. The Denmarks are amazing mentors!
