I lived here from early 2023-feb of 2024. Rent was affordable, complex was quiet, and any questions I had they were answered quickly. The best thing about this place was the maintenance manager. He was very reliable, responsive, and extremely helpful. I moved due to wanting to live in a house instead of apartment. I would 100% live here again

Nice quiet area, Fair prices, had no issue getting me approved I am younger with little credit/renters history so I was a little worried about approval but they worked with me the entire process❤️also cares about tenants not just your money. Had a small payment issue that I was completely unaware of and received a call from the leasing office instead of slapping me with hundreds of fees and instantly jumping to the conclusion that the payment was missed she first asked me was I aware and helped me fix it! Mrs.Anna is very understanding! and also always have a positive attitude whenever I reach out

Best bang for your buck in Birmingham. Safe, quiet, and a great location. Property manager and maintenance dude are top notch. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments, so please trust me when I say this place is a gem.

Great apartments. The manager Shelby is great and professional. She keeps the place running well and addresses any issues in a timely and respectful manner. She also keeps residents informed of the dates pest control or maintenance will enter the units. They do a few annual maintenance checks and spray monthly for pests. The maintenance guy, Omar, does a great job keeping everything working; and, he is super professional. He keeps the place maintained. He checks the pool daily during the summer months, except weekends. They spray for roaches/pests monthly and maintain the grass, pool, etc. Clean and quiet place to live in Homewood near downtown. I have been living here for a year and am about to transfer to a different unit but I would not be staying if it weren’t for the help of our maintenance manager—Omar— and leasing office team. Only reason I gave a 4 was because I dealt with a little bit of a pest control issue in my current unit. They have been consistent and thorough with every task that has needed to be done and whenever I needed something fixed or advice on something (resident living related) they have given me useful responses. I am glad that I have them here because they are great at what they do💯. Thanks guys!
