Update: 9/15/25 No one will give me a schedule date for the foundation contractor. I don't think they will ever fix it. Again, no communication. *Updated 8/1/25 I received a response regarding our maintenance issue (which involved an engineer having to come out to the property) and they refuse to provide us with a copy of the written report so we don't know if we are in a habitable building at this point. Thanks to Alabama law, because the lease doesn't say they are required to provide residents with documentation, they don't have to even let us see the engineer report. Look elsewhere for housing. This will likely be our last year. These units are old and the foundation is potentially unsound (but we don't know since they won't give us documentation). ______ When they start responding to
I am a very Responsible person but was treated like I didn't belong in the area. I worked remotely and was lied on, treated unprofessionally by staff, and non renewed after 2 years of being judged by bigots. I ALWAYS paid my rent and kept to myself, but was racially profiled daily to the point that I stayed inside ALL THE TIME. Black people are not all crooks, "bringing down the property value" of your predudice areas; we are sick of your unprofessionalism based on who you think we are. Glad it's over and now I can finally go elsewhere to be treated as a HUMAN BEING. Office staff learn how to talk to people, not at them One more time, black people CAN AFFORD WHERE WE LIVE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, nothing secretive is going on when we live in area in close proximity to you. It is very unpr
It seems as if this property is unwelcoming to black people (unless they fit their stereotype), that is not okay at all. Unfair treatment, obvious racial profiling and assumptions of particular cultures they look down on, prejudiced, and unethical. This year has certainly shown the true colors instead of fake smiles and everything going on in the world explains exactly what's going on towards certain people I wish I had known what it was really like over here, but it is like living in the 1600's with the racial profiling and discrimination. That is not cool at all. Don't abuse positions of power, be real leaders, not bigotry.
The office and trying to get maintenance is terrible, unreasonable and unhelpful. You can move somewhere else paying less and get way more bang for your buck, and have people who actually help you and communicate. Save your money and your sanity and move somewhere else!! Insulation in these old buildings is terrible and causes power and gas to be ridiculously high for no reason. Water leaks down the walls from my bathroom into my kitchen. Water gets into the mud room and kitchen when it storms. During a storm my back screen door flew off and I’ve been waiting over 2 months for them to fix it. Been requesting help and maintenance for months to just run in circles with nothing getting done. You step outside and get a face full of exhaust from all the cars constantly driving by and the traffi
**DO NOT MOVE HERE** the ONLY people who are worth getting a sentence out of is Summer and Jenny. I had lived here for almost 3 years. The first year besides minor problems were durable. After, it was a complete spiral on my mental and physical health... I had a water leakage for over a year and had multiple work orders put in and documented. Like everyone else says "they just patch or paint over it"...the pipes finally gave in and busted which caused my bathroom and kitchen to flood. if it was fixed properly and maybe had a real plumbing company brought in I believe the issues would have been resolved..... in the lease if you READ CAREFULLY they have a section where it states YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MILDEW AND MOLD MAINTENANCE. *THEY ARE BASICALLY STATING THEY KNOW THEY HAVE MOLD PROB
