I was visiting my girlfriend and the maintenance man Jeremy came in and did his thing. He was very professional and got the job done in no time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from start to finish. The stove installation was done flawlessly and much faster than I expected. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was level, secure, and working perfectly. What impressed me most was the attention to safety and detail — nothing felt rushed. It’s hard to find dependable service like this these days. I’ll be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is full of mold!! The unit was full of mold in the vents and AC handler not to mention the walls had mold that had been painted over. Every item of clothing we moved out had to be washed multiple times to get rid of the moldy musty smell. All the cloth furniture had to be steam cleaned and slip covers washed to get rid of the smell in those. We wound up discarding all the rugs due to the smell. FYI, Alabama has no laws governing mold in residential buildings only commercial buildings. The maintenance response time is slow; AC filters are not routinely changed. Went to view these apartments and fell in love with them but most of all the lady in the office. Khadijah has been outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. She made every step easy and consistently went above and beyond. Excellent experience!

I have been treated like I don’t matter as a tenant. My apartment is covered with mold and they will not address the circumstances or concerns the leak occurred on 09/26/2023 and it’s 10/03/2023. I have had to stay at hotels brookwood apartments charges me for insurance and the property manager stated she would not be covering my hotel stays. I can’t take a comfortable shower and have provided a letter by the doctor stating I should not be living under these conditions
