The Crossings Apartments

We have lived at The Crossings for almost 8 years. We love the location and the neighborhood. All the staff at the Cossings are friendly and try to make things right as quickly as possible if a problem arises. They also have several fun events for the residents throughout the year. This is also a very pet friendly property and we enjoy greeting other neighbors while out walking our pup.

Severely disappointed with how the move out was handled after all the issues I had to deal with during my 2+ years of living here. Most of which I decided not to say anything about because I was tired of constantly having to put in service requests, and their maintenance guy was creepy and invasive in and out of the apartment; always wanting to have unnecessary conversations and telling inappropriate “jokes”. Julia is the only good thing this place has going for it. I hope nothing but the best for her.

I lived here for 13 months, while the apartments are decently sized, they have some of the worst insulation and heating/cooling of anywhere I’ve ever lived. My last heating bill for the month of January was $395, and during that period of time, the apartment could not heat above 60 degrees. I had multiple $300+ bills in the summer and winter, despite weatherproofing the unit with curtains and window film. The windows did not seal to the outside and you can feel cold air blowing through them. The bedroom wall that shared with the outside of the unit was ice cold due to poor insulation. Despite requesting maintenance to fix these issue, they only left a message telling us to turn the heat up. I could have set the thermostat to 85 degrees and it would not have warmed past 60 degrees this wi

I lived at The Crossings for five years and it was very bittersweet to leave! Shonnie and her team in the front office supported me with any questions or needs I had, and the maintenance team was prompt and thorough when I made a request. Very highly recommend!!

This community is very nice and I feel pretty safe here. The area is clean and I dont really have any issues. The office staff is very friendly and takes care of things in a timely manner, which I really appreciate!
