The Crest at Oakwood Apartments

I’ve been living here for about three months now, and it’s been a great experience. The community is very welcoming, the complex is always clean and well taken care of, and the amenities are awesome and actually get used. The staff is truly top-notch 10/10. Alexa has been a huge help since day one—always kind, super attentive, and quick to answer any questions. Alexa is amazing at what she does, and along with Taylor and Adelmary, they make such a great team. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Thanks again to the team at The Crest for making the move-in experience feel effortless.

I had the pleasure of touring with Alexa a while back and truly enjoyed the community so much. Her kindness and exceptional customer service alone completely sold me. I honestly have a lot that I could say, but the one thing that truly sold me was touring with Alexa. She absolutely made me, my partner, and even my puppy feel so at home that it stopped feeling like I was starting my apartment search and started feeling like I needed to begin looking for a moving company for next week.
