I love this property. It’s clean, it’s quiet and the staff and manager have been so great to me. I love that it’s dog friendly and even has a dog park. The gyms are top notch and when I want to just go for a run or walk, the college track is right down the street. And I love that my favorite places to shop are so close by also. All in all it’s been probably one of my favorite places to live so far.

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Application process was extremely easy. Cheyenne and Brittany made my experience very delightful. They were very attentive to my needs and didn’t make me feel rushed at all with the questions I had. Highly recommend!

When we were apartment shopping, Anthony greeted us—tremendous guy, really—treated us like real human beings right away. Walked us through all the amenities, showed us the payments, everything very clear, very transparent. No hidden fees, he assured us, and I believe him—absolutely none. It was great, really great. Honestly, 10 out of 10. We moved in two weeks later and haven’t regretted a single thing. Fantastic experience.

We love living here in this complex, but just one big issue. We moved into an apartment that smelled like cigarettes. And it was the day of move in so we couldn’t get another place. It’s been 6 months and no matter how much I mop, or wash the walls, the smell stays. It’s on our clothes and furniture. Our guest think we smoke and it’s embarrassing. But other than that… the community is great. But considering moving so a better smelling place. ————- After a week maintenance was sweet enough to try to fix the smell by spraying some chemicals into the air unit and the office had a cleaner come by and do some move in cleaning to the apartment. I appreciate that they tried but the smell persists.
