This review is strictly about maintenance. Nick is our maintenance man. He is extremely professional yet down to earth. He is honest about time frames needed to complete jobs. He is very skilled in his trade. Always completely the job perfectly and professionally. Most importantly he is trustworthy and understanding, not judgmental, and is very considerate of tenants’ safety and well being. Goes above and beyond with good judgment on what needs to be done. He treated my elderly parents with kindness and respect. He understood their needs were priority one. Their safety depended on it. That is huge and something I could never thank him enough for. It's peaceful and clean BUT THEY SHOULD CLOSE OFF THE POOL IF NOBIDY CAN USE IT....WHY ISNT IT AVAILABLE TO THE TENANTS? AND THANK YOU FOR MOVING THE TRASH CANS...LOOKS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER AND SAFER...

Great place to live, don’t listen to these reviews. Landlord has been very helpful and kind, neighbors are nice, and apartments are clean. I’m only taking away a start because some of the appliances are dated.

I've called multiple times trying to get the owner to show me an available apartment. Each time he's was busy and complained that he "didn't stay that late". Late was considered 4:45 in the afternoon. He made excuses to not show the place, laughed in my face for asking to meet at 4:45, was VERY rude on the phone, and when asked what time works best for HIM and not ME he made other excuses! Save yourself and don't rent from this place! I'd rather go somewhere else NICER and CLEANER anyways! Ugh! Some people don't need to be in the business if they always seem to hate their job!

Owner is a slumlord! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and definitely never bring your children there
