Alessia Gardens Apartments

I’ve had a great experience with Alessia Apartments in Oakwood, GA. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a very convenient location close to shopping, dining, and major roads. The apartments are comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. What really stood out to me was how helpful Alessia was throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to work with me and help get my foot in the door. From answering questions to guiding me through each step, he made everything smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference, and I genuinely appreciated the effort he put in. My family and I are soon moving into Alessia Gardens and we are already looking forward to it! We had a great experience working with the property manager, Diego, to secure our new apartment. He was really helpful and friendly during our tour. He guided us through the application process and made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful for his support and professionalism and we are so excited to make this our new home!

Update:9/4/25 As you can see on here, I have been here a while. For the first time we have a management company that is trying. I know that things are not going to change over night but the ladies up front are communicating with the community to make us aware of changes and things we need do to help make our community cleaner and more efficient. The maintenance issues are starting to be taken care of slower, but we do have a new maintenance guy. So we will be patient and 🙏 that these ladies up front get the help they need from the owners to get this place back up where it needs to be. I have lived here for over 5 years. My child’s father just signed a lease here and picked up the keys yesterday. I wish I would’ve known/seen these reviews before he did. He let me know that the person who gave him the keys (not sure her name) assured him that they are doing their best to renovate the units and fix all the issues from the past (roaches, mold etc). What worried me is that she said that pest control will be coming in a month or two to take care of the roach issue. Will they be fumigating? And why wait? The time frame is what worries me because if there’s no definitive date, then who’s to say it will actually happen. I have no problem reporting this to the health / code enforcement department to get come code inspections going. But hopefully they fix these issues in the next month before I do.

I would like to comment on my experience at this place. It was one of the best. I give it five stars, not only for the atmosphere and the place, but also for the staff. I would like to recognize Miss Alfonsa for her kindness and gratitude for giving me the best experience. People like her should be rewarded for the effort they put into their work. Her professionalism in answering all my questions left me totally surprised. Thank you Alfonsa for your time and your kindness.
