The Courtyards

We lived there for about a year. Only reason we moved is because we needed more bedrooms. Laura the manager was always on top of things. Any issues that had arise she delt with them in a timely matter. She always made sure the laundry room, pool area and property were always clean. She is kind understanding down to earth manager. Landscapers came every Thursday. This was a beautiful apartment complex my daughter was able to walk her puppy around with ease.

I lived there 3 years Not a good place to live every summer termites come out. manager would call pest control 5 days later. Then you here a lot of dog’s barking at night a lot of home less people living by dumpsters doing drugs and then to top it off upon move out they didn’t give me my full deposit back because of stains on carpet charged me for half the carpet when I could of had it cleaned for $100
