As a team at Grab And Go Movers, we've had the pleasure of moving many residents into and out of The Cliftwood apartments in Sandy Springs. From our professional perspective, it's consistently one of the easiest and most pleasant communities to work with. The staff at The Cliftwood are always incredibly nice and accommodating, which makes a huge difference on moving day. We've also found the maintenance team to be very helpful and quick to assist if any issues arise during a move. What truly stands out for us is the ease and convenience of the loading areas. Nhvada was absolutely amazing. I was greeted with a big smile and friendly energy. Nhvada made sure to answer all of my questions and was kind and helpful throughout the entire tour. The property was well maintained, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The tour felt unhurried and informative, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very positive first impression and a huge shout out to Nhvada!

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for five years, and during that time, I’ve seen quite a few changes in management and staff. In total, I’ve experienced about six different property managers and more than seven or eight different receptionists. However, the current team is absolutely fantastic. The new property manager, Rodney, has really made a positive impact, and Kaitlyn at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful. On the maintenance side, Ryan, the head of the team, along with Antwane and John, are incredibly kind, trustworthy, and always prompt and thorough. Thanks to them, I haven’t encountered any issues in the past year and a half, and I’m truly grateful to call this place home.

Had a great tour at The Cliftwood! Nhvada was an awesome tour guide—very knowledgeable, friendly, and never made the tour feel rushed. He showed me the entire property and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, a really positive experience and a great first impression of the community.

Great Experience with New Management! Rodney has been incredibly personable, approachable, and professional to both me and my husband since day one. He went above and beyond to help us pull off a virtual rooftop birthday celebration that turned into a surprise proposal — a beautiful moment we’ll always cherish. His kindness and support truly made a difference. It’s also refreshing to see a positive male/female management team working together in the office. Their friendly energy and genuine care for residents have created a welcoming environment that really feels like home.
