DOCUMENT EVERYTHING YOU DO WITH THESE PEOPLE We got a 1bd at The Clifford for my late father and we experienced the following during the 1 year lease, which was all we could stand of the horrible management 1. Submitted repair order for a faulty electrical outlet in the kitchen. The outlet was was somehow replaced with a switch, which of course did nothing. 2. Notice of late payment placed on the door of my Dad's unit, but the notice was for someone else completely 3. The complex changed property management companies in 2025 and instead of migrating the customer database, they dumped the old database entirely and made us fill out paper forms to resubmit our contact information. 4. The office Assistant Manager is the best! She is very understanding and considerate. She helped me set up my Flex rent account right when I needed it! The maintenance crew is very responsive as well. I've lived her a year and all issue were resolved timely. The pool and amenities are beautiful too. I highly recommend moving here!

My experience living here has been one hell of roller coaster. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for roughly 2 years in the beginning. I had no problems. I kept myself if I had a maintenance issue I’d call maintenance. They come out and fix it till then. Everything was fine then the Clifford came up. It’s been absolute nightmare. Now they never answer the phone. No one‘s ever in the office. They never help you. They never answer emails unless it involves you owing money if you have renters insurance, they don’t care about that they want you to pay an extra $14 and more for their own renters insurance refused to help you. They charge you all this extra money for living here and maintenance fees and utility fees, which is understandable, but it’s not the utility fees that you pay for they

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management and maintenance teams are responsive and helpful. Any issues are handled quickly, and communication has been clear and professional. The apartments are comfortable and nicely kept, and the amenities are a big plus. Overall, it’s a safe and welcoming place to live, and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great home.

I am impressed with the new property management company that took over late last year. They are kind, responsive, and have really made The Clifford an inviting and comfortable place to call home. Their move in specials and recently renovated apartments are gorgeous! I am excited to see what this next year looks like while everyone adjusts to the fundamental upgrades.
