The Californian Apartments of Lufkin

Regional manager harassed me. Said I couldn't have visitors. Everytime she saw anyone at my apartment door she would call the police and try to press criminal trespass. There was no documentation from other residents complaining. SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T CARE IF I WAS DISABLED OR NOT. SHE SAID ANYTHING I HAD OF MY FRIENDS THAT I HAD TO CARRY MYSELF OUT TO THE STREET NO MATTER WHAT. IF SOMEONE BROUGHT ME GROCERIES OR SUPPLIES I HAD TO WALK OUT TO STREET AND CARRY THEM BACK TO APARTMENT BY MYSELF. I had/have a compressed spinal cord in my neck and am 100% disabled according to the Federal Government and the State of Texas. It caused me undue hardship and financial loss.

They are nice looking but here in Lufkin Texas the country the rent is to much they need to go to the city with those prices I'm on a fixed income so I have to live where I can my money work out at I'm so sorry

Not bad.. No loud neighbors, kinda pricey but in a good location with nice rooms

Nice area in town. Nice little neiborhood. My son lived not far from this Apartment complex.
