Took a tour here last month with Cassie and felt very unwelcome by her. Not polite or friendly and was turned off by the experience. She seemed annoyed by my questions the whole time and rolled her eyes at me. Ended up renting somewhere else even though it’s a nice building. Not sure why they’d have her dealing with potential tenants

Great amenities. I especially love the golf simulator. Amazing front desk staff. They are all so friendly and welcoming. The surrounding area is beautiful with walking trails close by. There are many places to choose from inside the apartment to get a change of scenery for when I work from home. I use the coffee machine every morning before going to work. I would definitely recommend living here!

I moved in two months ago and have had nothing but a great experience thus far. Starting with Cassie my leasing consultant, who did an amazing job helping me get moved in. She was quick to respond to my questions and help ease my mind when it came to moving in. The amenities are top notch , with simulators, game rooms, outdoor games and a very nice patio/pool that can keep anyone busy. The facility is kept very clean on a daily basis and the community seems to do a great job with it as well. I would recommend The Brooks to any of my family or friends if they were looking for a place to live. Cheers Chris

While our experience here hasn’t been awful so far, this place is definitely experiencing growing pains and has its issues. I think it’s funny that the other two reviews comment on how great the amenities are, but one of the main amenities isn’t even usable —The Brooks originally stated the planned opening date for the pool was 4th of July weekend. By that weekend, the pool was filled, all the furniture was set out, and everything looked ready to go. For one day, residents went out at the pool. The next day, the gates were cable locked and the Brooks sent no communication about it, felt a little passive aggressive. For over a week, there was no update about the pool. About a week later, they sent a message saying it was closed (yeah no shit, you roped off the doors) but gave no reason in
