The Broadway

Been living here almost 16 years. Dakota and her team are by far the best management we have had at The Broadway. Anytime I have to come to the office, the ladies in the office are so kind and lovely. It doesn't feel like I am a burden, and these people actually care about the tenants. This place is always clean and grounds are always picked up. My neighbors are all quiet and very nice people. I am getting ready to renew once again. The maintenance men also always do a very good job if I ever need anything done in my apartment. I am very thankful and so blessed. Thank you Dakota and team.

I want to recognize Jose for the excellent work he does with the maintenance at our apartment complex. Whenever I need something repaired, he responds quickly and does an outstanding job every time. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the great quality of his work. Also I want to recognize Liz for being absolutely amazing. She helped me and my family find what we now proudly call home. The apartment she helped us secure is perfect, and she made sure the entire process was quick and smooth so we could move in without any stress. Anytime we need help, she’s always there to answer questions and resolve any concerns right away. We truly appreciate her support and dedication.

I had the worst experience in these apartments. I would never recommend these to anyone, my leasing agent Angelica never broke down any extra fees I had to pay on top of my base rent, every single month my rent would increase over miscellaneous charges. She put me in a unit that was INFESTED with roaches.( infested is an understatement) The apartments are not even gated, I had someone break my car windows and get into my car, VERY UNSAFE. suspicious activity all around. I rate these 1.0 DO NOT move here if safety and cleanliness is your main priority!!!!!

As a resident who’s been living here for almost 3 years about to be 4. Dakota and Lizette has far been the most amazing people to work with. There is no complaints what so ever! Thank you for helping me with the transition to my new apartment I love it!

Dakota was very helpful during my visit. Although I'm not moving until the end of the summer, I am definitely coming back in a couple of months. I would recommend!
