I just started living at The Bristol Apartments, and overall it’s been a solid place to call home. One of the best parts is their maintenance program — whenever something breaks or needs attention, the team shows up in a timely manner, fixes the problem well, and follows up to make sure everything is working right. It really makes a difference. Also, the leasing agent Samantha has been wonderful — she’s professional, friendly, and genuinely seems to care about making sure your move‑in goes smoothly. From answering questions quickly to walking you through all the lease details, she takes away a lot of the stress. The apartment itself is comfortable, the grounds are kept up nicely, and the amenities (pool, picnic areas, etc.) are a nice bonus.

I want to shout out to this Apartment Manager, Samantha Harvey! Through my adventures in finding a suitable place for me to reside, she displayed exemplary performance in her profession regarding supporting people. She ensured that every question from me was answered, provided frequent accountability check-ins with me during my process in getting my place, and provided a healthy, calm environment with the ability to socialize with others. I lived at this place in the past, and they are guaranteed to provide salubrious support to the people within the community.

Great Move-In Experience at The Bristol! I recently moved into The Bristol, and I have to say the leasing experience was top-notch. Samantha was super helpful throughout the process—she made everything smooth and had all the items on our check-in list taken care of the same day. That kind of efficiency is rare and really made a great first impression. Beyond that, I’ve noticed how well the property is maintained. The maintenance team is out every morning keeping the grounds clean, which is something I really appreciate. So far, it’s been a great place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable apartment community.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Samantha and Carla was so helpful every step of the way. They got me into the apartment I want and the move in date I needed. They always had a positive attitude and friend face every time I walked in.

Be wary of renting from this place. Broke down vehicles staying in the same spot for more than a year, taking up a spot that could be used by someone else. Tires are always flat yet nothing happens. A/C barely worked most of the time. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs stayed hot all the time and the excuse we get was because of where the sun was. Now that my family and I moved out the maintenance man made the comment to my wife "I am gonna put in a request for a new a/c unit because thisone is so old and worn out". For the entire year we lived there in miserable conditions they never offered to replace our unit. Then they wait til after we moved out and spent money at another location to offer to put us in another apartment away from the sun. Totally ridiculous to wait until they lose te
