The Boulevard Apartments

Ashley and Hannah were wonderful to work with! They truly took the time to understand my needs and made the entire experience feel personalized and easy. The property they manage is absolutely beautiful, and their professionalism really shows. Highly recommend working with them!

Moved in about a month ago and so far it's been quiet and relaxing. Being on the ground level in the back has been nice with having a dog and a toddler. I'm close to everything which is a big help. The office people take pride in keeping the grounds as clean as they can. They sweep and mop all of the hallways in all of the buildings so it always smells clean. With having the valet trash removal is really nice. So when its really cold out I don't have to worry about walking to the dumpster. They do a great job with collecting it. Hannah has been great, she's made the signing the lease, and moving in process a very good experience. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is due to being short staffed with the maintenance crew when I moved in, so the work orders were really backed up. So a few

Ashley and Hannah have been nothing but extremely helpful and making my moving process as easy as possible and for that I am grateful. Maintenance is amazing! Mark has been so helpful! Everyone is so nice and it is so clean! Love my new apartment it is comfortable! I am very happy in my new home and looking forward to many years.

We are excited to start our rental journey with The Boulevards! Hannah was so competent and helpful with the application and Ashley was so kind to help with our internet issues online for the questionnaire where we had a little trouble.
