The lights were off for over 14 hours last week because of weather conditions. There were no security lights in the hallway. People are on oxygen here, which is very dangerous for life and death. I want to know why don't we have a generator for The Remington? Several tenants are considering leaving to go somewhere that has a generator for safety purposes... please consider the moral thing to do for your tenants. Thank you.

The Benoit Group worked with the NPU Residents and we're proud to have a beautiful Senior Building in our community. The residents I've asked "if they're enjoying The Remington", there response is YES! I Love it!!

The Benoit Group is truly making a difference in the lives of many seniors, who otherwise could not afford to live in these luxurious buildings. Their dedication to providing housing for one of our most vulnerable population is admirable.

Being a tenant 3 years , the AC has problem 3 years . No cold in summer , no heat in winter . People like a boiled dumpling in my building right here right now ! They don’t care about anything beside the rent . Don’t rent here !

No compassion for the seniors that they manage. They lie on seniors and talk to them with no respect.
