The Atrium at Anderson Station Apartment Building- Ridgetop

Management was very nice and accommodating. Anthony, supervisor living in apartment complex, was always very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely recommend living here because of the staff, train is nearby and can be noisy. Besides that, very good experience living in these apartments.

I love living at the Atrium. During my time of grief management showed me nothing but compassion and kindness. I’ve been a tenant for 4 years.

Absolutely worst experience. Incompetent management who behave like vultures and try to get money out of you for made up reasons after you move out. We worked so hard to clean the apartment before leaving and specifically asked management to take a look before we leave infront of us but they refused and stated they will take a look afterwards. No we got an extensive bill. Please be extremely cautious before renting in this building complex

Apartment is nice but takes forever to get maintenance to fix things. When it’s an issue like potential flooding they come right away, but my dishwasher drying function has been broken for months and my clothes dryer is now dysfunctional. I’ve requested maintenance several times and I don’t think they have the manpower to address things in a timely manner (I don’t think it’s the maintenance guy’s fault).

They are a scam. I’m actually talking to lawyers about this company. How I am not getter my deposit when I had left everything clean and perfect. They will steal your money no matter how you leave the apartment. I will never recommend this company to rent. They say I have a deposit of things that I shouldn’t be charge for and I ask what about the remaining and they say I won’t be getting any of my 3300 deposit. I had to live in my leaving room for 2 months when they had a water leakage that went into my bedroom. I could say more. DO NOT RENT .
