They’re always welcoming, responsive, and truly care about residents’ needs. Whether it’s handling questions or coordinating community events, they make the atmosphere feel warm and supportive. The maintenance team is top-notch as well. They’re quick to address any issues and always thorough in their work. The combination of a dedicated office team and reliable maintenance crew makes living here truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about its residents.”

Yesterday, I toured The Atlantic North Springs apartments with Mercedes Arroyo, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I first arrived to the walk-through of the available model units, Mercedes was extremely professional, friendly, and consistently communicative. She clearly explained all lease terms and amenities, and she took the time to answer every question I had about the application process. I also appreciated how organized and responsive Mercedes was throughout the visit — she always had helpful information ready and never made me feel rushed. Her transparency about unit availability and building layouts was incredibly helpful in guiding my decision. Overall, Mercedes made the entire touring experience smooth and stress-free.

I went to the front office on behalf of my grandmother to talk about an issue involving her plumbing. The leasing staff were very welcoming and helpful with my situation. I visited this apartment community yesterday and had a great first impression. The community looks well taken care of, and it’s clear the maintenance team does a good job keeping everything clean and maintained. The office staff was also very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it seems like a well managed and pleasant place to live.

I’m so thankful for the leasing agent, Ty Diggs. She was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and would always have a diligent response about whatever I had questions about. You can tell she actually cares about her clients.
