Just completed a tour with Ryan, the unit was amazing, newly renovated. Unfortunately it was out of my price range. But he was amazing if my budget gets bigger I am coming back. Stop by and see him today!

My recent tour at Atlantic Brookhaven was exceptional. Leah, the Assistant Property Manager, provided outstanding service — she was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I left with a great impression of both the community and the staff. Highly recommend!

I toured Atlantic Brookhaven recently and had a great experience! Leah, the assistant property manager, showed me around and was incredibly sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole tour feel easy and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in. Definitely one of the best apartment tours I’ve had!

Don't rent here. There is a white male employee at the front desk here with a bad service attitude. I originally wanted to rent an apartment here because of his service attitude, so I don't want to rent it here anymore. I haven't rented an apartment here yet, and he has this service attitude. If you really live here, ask the front desk to repair something in the future. It must be worse. Every time I come to him, I have to quarrel with him.
